Do you accept business orders or offer bulk pricing?

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can complete your Dapro purchase using various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Available options may vary based on your location and device. You'll see your available payment methods clearly displayed during checkout.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check if changes or cancellation are still possible.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace link. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping
Do you ship workwear internationally?
We currently only ship to countries within Europe. Read more about shipping and returns or, if you are based outside the EU, request a quotation for your region by contacting one of our Account Managers.

When will my order be shipped?

Returns
How do I report a faulty item or damage during shipping?
We're sorry to hear something went wrong with your order. If you've received a faulty item or your package was damaged during shipping, please send us an email at online@yoursafety.biz. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and some clear photos so we can help you as quickly as possible. We'll sort it out for you.
Is it possible to exchange my product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products with us. However, you can return the item and place a new order.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Tags must be attached. Read more about our return policy.
How do I return my items?

To reduce the environmental impact on returns, we ask for return costs. The costs depend on your location.

Refunds are processed within 20 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Stores
Do you have a physical store?
No, the address on our website is the address of our office. We do not have any products in stock here. If you'd like to try on an item, we recommend ordering it online and returning it if needed.
